Selection Criteria
Use the Selection Criteria screen to configure the information that is displayed on the Technician Service Scheduling screen.
To open the Selection Criteria screen, click the Filter
icon on the Technician Service Scheduling screen.
Filter criteria on the Selection Criteria screen are:

| Select Status | Filter the work order blocks that are displayed in the Unassigned/ Scheduled sidebar by status. |
| Select Technician | Filter the work order blocks that are displayed in the Unassigned/ Scheduled sidebar by technician. |
| Select Model | Filter the work order blocks that are displayed in the Unassigned/ Scheduled sidebar by the model of the unit on the segment. |
| Select Type/ Reason | Filter the work order blocks that are displayed in the Unassigned/ Scheduled sidebar by type and reason code on the segment. |
| Select Shop/ Bay | Filter the work order blocks that are displayed in the Unassigned/ Scheduled sidebar by shop or bay location. |
| Select Customer | Filter the work order blocks that are displayed in the Unassigned/ Scheduled sidebar by customer. |
| Select Inside/ Outside/ Shift | Filter the work order blocks that are displayed in the Unassigned/ Scheduled sidebar based on the shift associated to the technician on the segment. |
| Select Salesperson | Filter the work order blocks that are displayed in the Unassigned/ Scheduled sidebar based on the salesperson assigned to the segment. |
| MobileTech | If selected, displays only MobileTech work order blocks on the Unassigned/ Scheduled sidebar. |
The Display options are based on the information in the work order segments. If there is no information in a segment for the selected option, no information is displayed in the corresponding work order block on the Technician Service Scheduling screen. For more detailed information about each option, see the Segments tab help topic.
Display options on the Selection Criteria screen are:
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Status | The status of the first segment of the work order; either Customer, Warranty, or Internal. |
| Customer Name | The name of the customer on the work order. |
| Make/ Model | The make and model of the unit on the work order. |
| Technician | The technician assigned to the work order. |
| Type | The type code on the work order. |
| Reason | The reason code on the work order. |
| Estimated Hours | The estimated number of hours it takes to complete the service on the work order. |
| Shop/ Bay | The shop or bay assigned to the work order. |
| Inside/ Outside Shift | Indicates whether the service is completed at the location or outside of the location. |
| Estimated Completion Date | The estimated completion date of the service on the work order. |
| Scheduled Start Date | The scheduled start date of the work order/ segment. |
| Actual Hours | The number of hours worked on the work order/ segment. |
| Remaining Hours | The number of hours remaining on the work order before it is complete. |
| History Description | The history description associated to the selected segment, as specified in the History Description field of the Segments tab. |
To save the selected filter criteria, hover over the Bookmark
icon and select Save Defaults from the pop up menu.
To reset the filter criteria, hover over the Bookmark
icon and select Reset Defaults from the pop up menu.
Click Save to save the selected filter criteria and return to the Technician Service Scheduling screen, displaying the refreshed results.
Click Close to close the Selection Criteria screen without saving any changes.
