Accept Segments
Use the Accept Segments screen to accept the parts or work order quote.
To open the Accept Segments screen, click the If you would like to accept this quote click here link on the Customer - Quote Header screen.
The versions of this screen are:
Work Order Quote
Click the Add Segments To a New Work Order radio button to create a new work order.
Or click the Existing Work Order radio button to enter or search for an existing work order to add the segments to.
Select one or more segments to be added.
Click Accept Quote to add the indicated segments to the work order.
Click Cancel to exit without accepting the quote.
Parts Quote
You can choose to accept only certain segments of the quote or all of the segments. The message at the top of the quote indicates the sales order number that is created or modified.
The selection fields on the Accept Segments screen are:

| Select Cash Code | The cash code indicates the method of payment. |
| Edit Invoice |
If selected, the system opens the Customer - Parts Invoicing Header tab for the associated parts invoice immediately after you click Save. |
| Print Picpak | If selected, the system generates a picpak immediately after you click Save. |
| Picpak Printer | The printer to be used for printing the picpak. |
The fields on the Accept Segments screen:

Indicates which quoted segments will be included in the work order. |
| Segment | A list of quoted segments that can be accepted into the work order. |
| Description | A brief description of the segment. |
Use these buttons to complete your work on the Accept Segments screen:
| Button | Function |
|---|---|
| Save | Accepts the indicated segments on the part quote. |
| Close | Closes the Accept Segments screen without saving and returns to the Customer - Quote Header screen. |
