Adding a Terms Code

Terms codes added to the system will appear as a valid Terms code on the Terms & Conditions screen accessed by click on the Search icon next to the Terms text box on the Terms & Conditions tab within the PO system.

  1. From any IntelliDealer screen, click on the Configuration tab.
    The Configuration Quick Links screen will appear.

  2. From the General Ledger list, click the Purchase Orders link and select Terms from the drop down list.

  3. The Terms screen will appear.

  4. On the Terms screen, click on the Need to create a new term? Click here to add link.

  5. On the Terms screen, enter a five digit alphanumeric terms code.

  6. Enter the branch Location where the terms code will be available for use as a valid code.

  7. Enter a brief Description of the terms code.

  8. On the Terms screen, click the Save button to save the new terms code and return to the Terms screen.

    Click the Save & New button to save the new terms code.
    The Terms screen will refresh allowing you to add another terms code without closing the screen.
