Shipping Screen
Use the Shipping screen to load predefined shipping terms into the Instructions text box of the Shipping tab.
The Shipping screen is accessed by clicking the Search 
icon next to the Instructions field on the Shipping Terms section of the Shipping tab.
Click a text link to load the selected instructions into the text box on the Shipping tab.
Click Close to close the Shipping screen and return to the Shipping tab.
Terms & Conditions Screen
Use the Terms & Conditions screen to load predefined terms & conditions into the text box of the Terms & Conditions tab.
The Terms & Conditions screen is accessed by clicking the Search icon next to the text box on the Terms & Conditions tab.
Click a text link to load the selected terms & conditions into the text box on the Terms & Conditions tab.
Note: Valid terms codes are loaded on the Terms screen accessed through the Configuration Quick Links screen by clicking the Purchase Orders link on the General Ledger menu and selecting Terms.
Click Close to close the Terms & Conditions screen and return to the Terms & Conditions tab.
