Creating a Volvo Shipping Rule

From any IntelliDealer screen, click on the Configuration tab.
The Configuration Quick Links screen will appear.

From the Interfaces list, click Volvo and select Volvo Shipping from the drop down list.
The Volvo Shipping screen will appear.

On the Volvo Shipping screen, click the Need to create a new shipping rule? Click here to add link.

On the Volvo Shipping screen, enter the location that you want the new shipping rule to apply to.
-or-
Click on the Search
icon and select a location from the Location Selection screen.

Select an Order Class for the shipping rule.

Select a Freight code for the shipping rule.
Note:
If the desired Freight code does not appear in the drop down list, click the Refresh Freight button to retrieve valid freight codes from Volvo. -
(OPTIONAL) select the Default checkbox if you want the selected Freight code to be the default freight code for the selected Location and Order Class combination.

(OPTIONAL) select the LTL checkbox if you want the shipping rule to display Less Than Truck Load (LTL) carriers.
Note:
The system will only display LTL carriers if there is a single item on the order that is over 750 lbs. -
On the Volvo Shipping screen, click the Save button to save the new shipping rule and return to the Volvo Shipping screen.

Click the Save & New button to save the new shipping rule and refresh the Volvo Shipping screen, allowing you to create another shipping rule without closing the screen.
