The Volvo Shipping screen allows you to create and edit the shipping rules for Volvo parts being shipped to the dealership.

The following fields appear on the Volvo Shipping screen:

Field	Description
Location	The branch location that the shipping rule will apply to.
Select Order Class	The type of order that the shipping rule will apply to: either Class 1 for emergency orders, Class 2 for machine down orders, or Class 3 for stock orders.
Freight	The freight code to use for the shipping rule. Note:  If the desired Freight code does not appear in the drop down list, click the Refresh Freight button to retrieve valid freight codes from Volvo.
Default	Denotes whether the selected Freight code will be the default freight code for the selected Location and Order Class combination.
LTL	Denotes whether the shipping rule will display Less Than Truck Load (LTL) carriers for part orders that include a single item weighing over 750 lbs.

The following button allows you to complete your work on the Volvo Shipping screen:

Button	Function
Save	Save the settings recorded on the Volvo Shipping screen.
Save & New	Save the settings recorded on the Volvo Shipping screen and open a new blank shipping rule.
Refresh Freight	Retrieves the valid Freight codes from Volvo.
Close	Closes the Volvo Shipping screen.
