Volvo Shipping
Use the Volvo Shipping screen to configure the Volvo shipping rules for each branch of the dealership.
To open the Volvo Shipping screen, navigate to Configuration > Interfaces > Volvo > Shipping.
The sorting options on the Volvo Shipping screen are:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Select Order Class | Sort the shipping rules by shipping priority, which is determined by the type of order that has been placed: either Class 1 for emergency orders, Class 2 for machine down orders, or Class 3 for stock orders. |
| Select Location | Sort the shipping rules by location or group of locations. |
The fields on the Volvo Shipping screen are:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Freight | The freight code that has been mapped to the selected Location and Order Class combination. |
| Default | Denotes whether the selected freight code is the default freight code for the selected Location and Order Class combination. |
| LTL | Denotes whether the shipping rule displays Less Than Truck Load (LTL) carriers for part orders that include a single item weighing over 750 lbs. |
| Location | The location of the shipping rule. |
| Order Class | The order class of the shipping rule. |
Click the Need to create a new shipping rule? Click here to add link to create a new shipping rule.
Click a Freight code to open the Volvo Shipping screen and edit the shipping rules for the selected Freight code.
Click Close to close the Volvo Shipping screen.
