Deactivating a Call Result

  1. From any IntelliDealer screen, click on the Configuration tab.

    The Configuration Quick Links screen will appear.

  2. From the CRM list, click the Calls link and select Results from the drop down list.

  3. The Results screen will appear.

  4. On the Results screen, fill out the appropriate fields and click the Go >> link.
    The Results screen will refresh listing the generated search results.

  5. Click on a Code.
    The Results screen will appear.

  6. On the Results screen, select the Active for System checkbox removing the checkmark.

  7. Click the Save button to deactivate the call result code within the system.
