Configuration: Results

Use the Results screen to define different kinds of call results that can be applied by a user when making calls to customers. Once a code is defined on this screen, it can be used as a valid call result code used to record the calls made to a customer.

To open the Results screen, navigate to Configuration > CRM > Calls > Results.

Valid call result codes appear on the Select Results screen accessed by clicking on the Search icon next to the Select Results field.

Adding a Call Result

  1. From anywhere in IntelliDealer screen, navigate to Configuration > CRM > Calls > Results.

  2. Click the Need to create a new result? Click here to add link.

  3. On the Results screen, enter a call result Code and Description.

    (OPTIONAL) Select the Lost Sale checkbox to prompt the user for equipment lost sales information when recording a call using the selected call result code.

    Accumulated Lost sales information can be analyzed on the Lost Sales screen accessed through Management Central Quick Links - Equipment - Lost Sales.

  4. Select which categories are authorized to use the call result code by selecting a radio button on the Authorized Categories field.

    • All: Authorizes all categories to use the selected call result code.

    • Select: Gives authorization to the categories selected.

  5. Click the Save button to save the new call result code and return to the Results screen.

    – or –

    Click the Save & New button to save the new call result code. The Results screen refreshes, allowing you to add another call result without closing the screen.

Deactivating a Call Result

  1. On the Results screen, fill out the appropriate fields and click the Go >> link.

  2. Click Code.

  3. On the Results screen, select the Active for System checkbox, removing the checkmark.

  4. Click the Save button to deactivate the call result code within the system.

Screen Description

The sorting options on the Results screen are:

Sort by
Field Description
Code Sort the search results by result code.
Description Sort the search results by result code description.

The search fields on the Results screen are:

Field Description
Select Code Search for result codes by entering a result code.
Select Description Search for results codes by entering a result code description.
Include Inactive If selected, includes inactive result codes in the search results.

The fields on the Results screen are:

Field Description
Code The call results code.
Description A brief description of the call result.
