Configuration: Results
Use the Results screen to add a call result code or edit a call result code.
To open the Results screen, navigate to Configuration > CRM > Calls > Results.
Screen Description
The fields on the Results screen are:
Field | Description |
---|---|
Code | A 1 or 2 character alphanumeric code representing the call result throughout the system. |
Description | A brief description of the call result code. |
Lost Sale |
Select the Lost Salecheckbox to prompt the user for equipment lost sales information when recording a call using the selected call result code. Accumulated Lost sales information can be analyzed on the Lost Sales screen. |
Authorized Categories |
A list of categories that can use this call result. Up to 20 categories can be specified. Select the All radio button to select all categories. Select the Select radio button to enter specific categories. |
Active for System |
Controls whether the call result code is active for use within the system.

The buttons complete work on the Results screen are:
Button | Function |
---|---|
Save | Saves changes made on the Results screen. |
Copy |
Creates a copy of the selected call result code. This button appears only by accessing the Resultsscreen by clicking on a Code. |
Save & New |
Saves a newly added call result and refreshes the Results screen, allowing you to add another call result without closing the screen. This button appears only by accessing the Results screen by clicking the Need to create a new result? Click here to add link. |
Save & Next |
Allows you to save any edits/changes made to the selected call result and scroll through to the next call result in the list to apply any edits/changes. |
Close | Closes the Results screen without saving and returns to the Results screen. |
