Deactivating a Class Code

1. From any IntelliDealer screen, click on the Configuration tab.
   The Configuration Quick Links screen will appear.

2. From the General Ledger list, click the Employee link and select Classes from the drop down list.

3. The Classes screen will appear.

4. On the Classes screen, fill out the appropriate fields and click the Go >> link.
   The Classes screen will refresh listing the generated search results.

5. Click on the Code.
   The Classes screen will appear.

6. On the Classes screen, click on the Active for System checkbox, removing the checkmark.

7. Click on the Save button in order to deactivate the employee class code within the system.
