Deleting a Return Code

From any IntelliDealer screen, click on the Configuration tab.
The Configuration Quick Links screen will appear.

From on the Parts list, click the Profile link and select Return Codes from the drop down list.

The Return Codes screen will appear.

On the Return Codes screen, fill out the appropriate fields and click the Go >> link.
The Return Codes screen will refresh listing the generated search results.

Click on the Return Code.
The Return Codes screen will appear.

On the Return Codes screen, click on the Delete button.
The Confirmation screen will appear.

On the Confirmation screen, click on the Yes button to delete the return code from the system.
