Editing a Sex Code

From any IntelliDealer screen, click on the Configuration tab.
The Configuration Quick Links screen will appear.

From the General Ledger list, click the Employee link and select Sex from the drop down list.

The Sex screen will appear.

On the Sex screen, fill out the appropriate fields and click the Go >> link.
The Sex screen will refresh listing the generated search results.

Click on a Code.
The Sex screen will appear.

On the Sex screen, you may edit any of the available fields within the employee sex code.

Click the Save button to save any changes made to the employee sex code.

Click the Save & Next button to save any changes made to the employee sex code and continue to the next employee sex code on the list.
