Reactivating an Inactive Call Result

  1. From any IntelliDealer screen, click on the Configuration tab.

    The Configuration Quick Links screen will appear.

  2. From the CRM list, click the Calls link and select Results from the drop down list.

  3. The Results screen will appear.

  4. On the Results screen, enter an inactive call result code in the Select Code field.

  5. Enter a call result description in the Select Description field.

  6. Select the Include Inactive checkbox.

    Note:  
    You must selected the Include Inactive checkbox when searching for inactive call result codes.

  7. Click the Go >> link.
    The Results screen will refresh listing the generated search results.

  8. Click on the Code.
    The Results screen will appear.

  9. On the Results screen, select the Active for System field by placing a checkmark in the checkbox.

  10. Click the Save button to reactivate the call result code.
    The Categories screen will appear listing the call result code as Active.
