Reactivating an Inactive Currency Code

  1. From any IntelliDealer screen, click on the Configuration tab.
    Then the Configuration menu appears.

  2. From the General Ledger list, click the Accounts Payable link and select Currency from the drop down list.

  3. The Currency screen appears.

  4. On the Currency screen, enter an inactive currency Code.

  5. Enter an inactive currency code Description.

  6. Select the Include Inactive checkbox.

    Note:  
    You must selected the Include Inactive checkbox when searching for inactive currency codes.

  7. Click the Go >> link.
    The Currency screen refreshes the generated search results.


  8. After selecting a Currency Code and opening the Change Currency screen, select the Active for System checkbox by placing a checkmark in the checkbox.

  9. Click on the Save button in order to reactivate the currency code within the system.
