Reactivating an Inactive Salesperson Code

  1. From any IntelliDealer screen, click on the Configuration tab.
    The Configuration Quick Links screen will appear.

  2. From the CRM list, click the Profile link and select Salespeople from the drop down list.

  3. The Salespeople screen will appear.

  4. On the Salespeople screen, enter the inactive salesperson code in the Select Code field.

  5. (OPTIONAL) enter a salesperson name in the Select Name field.

  6. Select the Include Inactive checkbox.

    Note:  
    You must selected the Include Inactive checkbox when searching for inactive salesperson codes.

  7. Click the Go >> link.
    The Salespeople screen will refresh listing the generated search results.

  8. Click on a Code.
    The Salespeople screen will appear.

  9. On the Salespeople screen, select the Active for System field by placing a checkmark in the checkbox.

  10. Click the Save button to reactivate the salesperson code.
    The Salesperson screen will appear listing the salesperson code as Active.
