Reactivating an Inactive Sex Code

From any IntelliDealer screen, click on the Configuration tab.
The Configuration Quick Links screen will appear.

From the General Ledger list, click the Employee link and select Sex from the drop down list.

The Sex screen will appear.

On the Sex screen, enter an inactive sex Code.

Enter a sex code Description.

Select the Include Inactive checkbox.
Note:
You must selected the Include Inactive checkbox when searching for inactive sex codes. -
Click the Go >> link.
The Sex screen will refresh listing the generated search results.

Click on a Code.
The Sex screen will appear.

On the Sex screen, select the Active for System checkbox by placing a checkmark in the checkbox.

Click on the Save button in order to reactivate the sex code within the system.
