Year to Date Lost Sales

The Year to Date Lost Sales screen is accessed from the Parts Analysis - Method screen by clicking the Year to Date Lost Sales link.

Use the Year to Date Lost Sales screen to search for and view year to date lost sales by location.

Search fields on the Year to Date Lost Sales screen are:

Field	Description
Select Location	Search for last years parts sales by location.
Include Only Zero Quantity Items	Include only zero quantity items within the search for last years parts sales.

Fields on the Year to Date Lost Sales screen are:

Field	Description
Part Number	The number used to locate the part within the IntelliDealer system. The part number can be up to 15 digits consisting of alpha, numeric or blank characters. VitalEdge recommends not embedding blanks in the part number.
Part Description	A brief description of the part.
Location	The location of the part.
Vendor	The vendor number for the supplier of this part.
Class	This field can also be used to categorize parts. This field can be used with group file maintenance to put don't order codes, dates, pricing %, etc. on a class of parts, or to print a stock status for only a certain class of parts, etc.
OFC	The order formula code for this part. This code determines the method to be used in computing the order quantity for a part.
Return	This field indicates whether or not this part is returnable.
Source	The source of supply for the part. Used to break down the parts into different categories within each vendor.
Type	The parts type code.
Quantity	The quantity of the part sold.

Click a Part Number to open the Parts Profile screen.

Click a Vendor name to open the Vendor Profile screen.
