Receipt History

The Receipt History screen allows you to view the receipt history of the purchase order.

The Receipt History screen can be accessed from the Purchase Order General tab by clicking on the Receipt History link. The Receipt History link only appears on purchase orders that have some items received.

The fields on the Receipt History screen are:

Field Description
Date The date the items on the PO was received.
Date Total The total value of items received on the date the PO was received.
PO Total The total value of items on the PO that have been received.
Receipted by The user who received the purchase order.
Receipt Number The PO's receipt number.

Click on the Date to open the Receipt History Details screen.

Use these buttons to complete your work on the Receipt History screen:

Button Function
Print Receipt History Selecting this option allows you to print the PO's complete receipt history.
Close Closes the Receipt History screen and returns to the Purchase Order General tab.
