Minimum Equipment on Hand

Use the Minimum Equipment on Hand screen to list the minimum equipment on hand required to create a purchase order correcting the variance (the quantity required to get back to the minimum stocking level) on an equipment replenishment purchase order.

The Minimum Equipment on Hand screen is accessed from the Purchase Orders screen by hovering over a PO Number and selecting Create PO from Replenishment from the pop-up menu.

Note:  The Create PO from Replenishment option appears only if a variance occurs on an equipment replenishment purchase order.

The fields on the Minimum Equipment on Hand screen are:

Field	Description
PO Number	Enter a new purchase order number, to create a new purchase order correcting the variance on the equipment replenishment purchase order.
Base	The item's base number.
Description	A brief description of the item.
Price	The item's price.
On Order	The amount of the item currently on order.
Rental	The amount of the item currently on rental.
Inventory	The amount of the item currently in stock.
Minimum	The item's minimum amount of stock that is required to be on hand at any given time.
Suggested Order	The amount of items that are required to replenish an item's minimum on hand amount. The Suggested Order value can be altered manually.
L12 Sales	The amount of the item sold within the last 12 months across the entire company.

Use these buttons to complete your work on the Minimum Equipment on Hand screen:

Button	Description
Save	Creates the purchase order.
Close	Closes the Minimum Equipment on Hand screen without creating a purchase order and returns to the Purchase Orders screen.
