Print Label

Use the Print Label screen to set label parameters before printing a label.

To open the Print Label screen, click the Print Label button on the Fixed Asset Profile tab or the Equipment Profile screen.

Equipment Profile Fields

The fields on the Print Label screen when accessed through the Equipment Profile screen are:

Field Description
Select Quantity Enter the number of labels you wish to print.
Stock Number Include the unit's stock number on the label.
Bar Code Include a bar code on the label.
Make/Model Include the unit's manufacturer and model codes on the label.
Serial Number Include the unit's serial number on the label.
Description Include an asset description on the label.
Group Include the unit's group code on the label.
Location Include the unit's branch location on the label.
Printer Select the printer you wish to use to print the label.

Fixed Asset Profile Fields

The field on the Include on Label section of the Print Label screen when accessed through the Fixed Asset Profile tab is:

Include on Label
Field Description
Asset Number Include the asset number of the label.
Bar Code Include a bar code on the label.
Description Include an asset description on the label.

Use these buttons to complete your work on the Print Label screen:

Button Function
Print Prints the label according to the selected parameters.
Close Closes the Print Label screen without printing and returns to the previous tab.
