Report Options

To open the Report Options screen, click the Run Report button on either the Selection Criteria tab or Sort Order tab.

The Report Options screen allows you to select report parameters before running the selected surplus return.

The following field appears in the Additional Parameters section of the Report Options screen:

Field	Description
Return Number	Enter a return number for the selected surplus return.

The following fields appear in the Select Return Codes section of the Report Options screen:

Field	Description
For Returnable Parts	The return code used for parts when they are being returned.
For Last Year for Return Parts	The return code used for parts indicating that the current year is the last year the part is eligible for return.
Blank Return Code is Consider as	Select what a blank code represents when used (e.g. Returnable, Last Year for Return or Non-Returnable).

The following fields appear in the Select Printer section of the Report Options screen:

Field	Description
Printer	The printer selected to print the surplus return according to the parameters set above.
or PDF	Creates a PDF file of the surplus return report, which can be viewed via the PDF Viewer.

The following buttons allow you to complete your work on the Report Options screen:

Button	Function
Continue	Runs the surplus return report according to the parameters set above.
Close	Closes the Report Options screen without running the surplus return and returns to the previous tab.
