Configuration: CNH DEP eWarranty Vehicle Lookup
Use the CNH eWarranty configuration screen to configure IntelliDealer for submitting warranty claims to CNH for processing.
The configuration screen is located at Configuration > Interfaces > CNH > eWarranty Vehicle Lookup.

Configuration Tab
The configuration screen for this interface is shared with the CNH DEP eWarranty Vehicle Lookup interface. If 6249 - CNH DEP eWarranty Vehicle Lookup is not licensed, the configuration screen for the Claim Submission side of the interface may look slightly different than the screenshots below. The additional serial numbers configuration and Makes tab are not present. Most dealers likely use both interfaces, but they are sold separately.
A valid username and password are required to use the interface. If the dealer already has the Vehicle Lookup interface activated, the same credentials can be used.
The fields on the Configuration tab are:

| CNH Username | A valid CNH username. |
| CNH Password | A valid CNH password. |
| Engine Serial Number |
Select a checkbox to add one of these serial numbers to the search. IntelliDealer first tries to do vehicle lookup based on machine serial number. If no eWarranty data is found for the machine serial number field, these additional serial numbers are used, if selected. |

The buttons on the Configuration tab are:

| Generate New Password | Requests a new password from CNH. |
| Show Password | Displays the password on screen. |
Makes Tab
Use the Makes tab to add a two-character code for the make.
Vendors Tab
Use the Vendors tab to configure the vendors for whom dealer information will be transferred to CNH.
You can use the various fields to search for a specific vendor. Click the vendor name or number to view the Vendor Profile.
The Vendors tab is provided for reference, as CNH vendors are required on the claim submission.
Dealer Numbers Tab
Use the Dealer Numbers tab to configure dealer numbers for each dealership location that can access the CNH DEP eWarranty Vehicle Lookup interface.
