CRM Gatekeeper: Configuration
Use the CRM Gatekeeper screen to configure how CRM Gatekeeper automatically processes incoming customers and contacts, and whether quote or invoice data is used for the interface.
To open the CRM Gatekeeper screen, click Configuration > Interfaces > Other > CRM Gatekeeper.

Auto Process Configuration
The CRM Gatekeeper Configuration area includes two required drop-down lists.
Select what CRM Gatekeeper automatically processes when data is received. The options are:

| Customer | CRM Gatekeeper automatically processes customer data only. |
| Contact | CRM Gatekeeper automatically processes contact data only. |
| Both | CRM Gatekeeper automatically processes both customer and contact data. |
| None | No automatic processing of customers or contacts. |
Quote Configuration
Select which type of data the CRM Gatekeeper interface uses for quotes. Options are:

|---|---|
| Quote | The interface uses quote data to process the quote. |
| Invoice | The interface uses invoice data to process the quote. |
| Both | The interface prompts the user to use either a quote and invoice data to process the quote. |
Divisions For Mass Update
At the top of the screen, select the company and division to configure. The settings apply to the selected division.
Divisions For Mass Update lets you apply the same CRM Gatekeeper configuration to additional divisions. Select one or more divisions; when you save, a confirmation appears listing the divisions that will receive the configuration. Confirm to apply the current Auto Process Configuration and Quote Configuration to all selected divisions.
Click Save to save the configuration for the current division. If you have selected divisions in Divisions For Mass Update, the button label becomes Apply To All Selected; click it to save and apply the configuration to the current division and all selected divisions.
