John Deere: JD SMManage
Use the John Deere JD SMManage screen to configure the John Deere Service Management (SMManage) interface and to manually generate and transmit monthly service department performance data to John Deere. The interface collects Standard Job Pricing Performance, Service Sales Performance, Operating Performance, and WIP Performance totals for each location.
To open this screen, navigate to Configuration > Interfaces > John Deere > JD SMManage.

Configuration Tab
Use the Configuration tab to set interface options and specify the user who receives the PDF report when SMManage data is processed.
The fields on the Configuration tab are:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Use New Interface | If selected, IntelliDealer uses the new JD SMManage interface during the Parts Month End process. If not selected, the legacy interface is used. |
| PDF Report User ID | The ID of the IntelliDealer user to receive the PDF report that summarizes SMManage data processed for each location. This field is required. |
Click Save to save your changes on the Configuration tab.
Transmit Tab
Use the Transmit tab to manually generate and transmit JD SMManage data for a selected month. IntelliDealer submits the JD SM Manage - Manual batch job and displays a message when the job is submitted. Review the PDF report after the job completes for processing details.
The fields on the Transmit tab are:

|---|---|
| Location | The location to process SMManage data for. Leave blank to process all active locations. |
| Date | The month-end date to generate and transmit SMManage data for. This field is required. |
| Run Report Only (no data will be transmitted) | If selected, IntelliDealer generates the PDF report without creating the transmission file for John Deere. |
| Regenerate Data | If selected, IntelliDealer removes existing service management log data for the selected date and recalculates values before processing. |
Click Transmit to submit the batch job.
