KomTrax
Use the KomTrax screen to leverage telematics data from Komatsu equipment, enabling real-time monitoring of machine performance, maintenance needs, and operational efficiency directly within your system.
To access the KomTrax screen, navigate to Configuration > Interfaces > Komatsu > KomTrax.

Komatsu
Use the Komatsu tab to configure the credentials and connection settings required for IntelliDealer to access the KomTrax service.
The fields on the Komatsu tab are:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Dealer Number | The KomTrax dealer identification number assigned by Komatsu. |
| User ID | The Komatsu-issued KomTrax user ID used to authenticate with the KomTrax web service. |
| Password | The KomTrax password associated with the User ID. Must be entered exactly as provided by Komatsu. |
Vendors
Use the Vendors tab to search for and assign manufacturers/vendors that supply KomTrax data or integrations.
The fields on the Vendors tab are:

| Search | Search for vendors using any keyword or text value. |
| Vendor Number | Search for a vendor by entering its vendor number. |
| Name | Search by the vendor’s name. |
| Address | Search by any part of the vendor’s physical address. |
| Country | Search for vendors by country. |
| Postal/Zip Code | Search for vendors by ZIP or postal code. |
| Status | Filter vendors by Active or Deleted status. |
Dealer Number
Use the Dealer Number tab to configure KomTrax-specific dealer numbers for each dealership location. These values determine which locations can access the KomTrax interface.
The fields on the Dealer Number tab are:

| Dealer Number | The KomTrax dealer identification number assigned by Komatsu. |
| Vendor Number | Search for a vendor by entering its vendor number. |
| Location | The dealership location linked to the KomTrax dealer number. |
| Description | A brief description of the location or dealer entry. |
| Manufacturer | The OEM associated with the dealer number |
