CNH CSPS Backorder Cancellation

Use the Backorder Cancellation screen to view parts order lines and cancel backordered lines in CSPS only. The user must still cancel the backordered lines in IntelliDealer if they wish the change to be reflected in IntelliDealer.

Prerequisites: To use this screen, you must first set up the CNH CSPS interface. See CNH CSPS Interface.

To access Backorder Cancellation, navigate to Product Support > Parts > Parts Ordering. In the top right corner of the screen, hover over Ordering Options and select CSPS Backorder Management.

This screen allows the user to search for backordered lines. The user can enter values in to the search fields at the top of the screen to select the desired list of desired backorders. The desired list will appear when the user clicks on the Search button.

At this point, the user can request to cancel a backorder by clicking on the "x" on the far right of the table:

A popup opens asking the user to confirm the cancel. If the user selects yes, the request to cancel a backorder line is made and a response will come back at the top of the screen either saying whether the cancellation succeeded or failed. If the cancellation failed, a reason will be provided.
