John Deere: Proactive Jobs
The interface for JD Proactive Jobs, formerly JD SVAP, allows IntelliDealer users to receive service agreement information and events for agreements via John Deere's Proactive web-service. This information can also be managed in the View Service Requests from the Work Order listing screen.
The Proactive Jobs screen can be found by from the Equipment Invoicing screen by clicking the JD Proactive Jobs link -or- from the Work Orders screen by clicking the JD Proactive Jobs button.

The fields that can be searched on the Proactive Jobs screen are:
Field | Description |
---|---|
Customer Number |
Enter or search a customer number. |
Stock Number | Enter or search a stock number. |
Machine Serial Number | Enter a unit serial number. |
Start Date/End Date | Select the start and end date on the invoice. |
Status | Choose to search from invoices by Completed or Not Completed status. |
Invoiced State | Choose to search from invoices by Invoiced or Not Invoiced status. |
State | Choose to search from invoices by Offered or Ordered status. |
The fields displayed in the results section are:

The plan Id on the invoice. |
Title | The title on the invoice. |
Location | The location on the invoice. |
State | The state the invoice is currently in. |
Invoiced State | The invoiced state the invoice is currently in. |
Machine Serial Number | The machine serial number tied to the invoice. |
Customer | The customer tied to the invoice. |
