John Deere: Proactive Jobs Configuration
The interface for JD Proactive Jobs, formerly JD SVAP, allows IntelliDealer users to receive service agreement information and events for agreements via John Deere's Proactive web-service. This information can also be managed in the View Service Requests from the Work Order listing screen.
You can access the John Deere Proactive Jobs screen by navigating to Configuration > Interfaces > John Deere > Proactive Jobs.

The John Deere Proactive Jobs screen
The tabs at the top represent the hierarchy levels of Company, Division, and Location. Each of theses tabs isolates the variables on the screen and when a variable is entered on a higher level it is passed down to the others.
The fields displayed are:

| PDF Report User ID | Key in or search for the desired User ID. |
| Dealer Account | The name of the Dealer's billing account. |

Policy Name Queue Name Policy Key Service Bus Name |
These are required fields that facilitate the synchronization process. Contact John Deere to obtain this information. |
| Token | The value “Token” must be in this field. |
Click Synchronize to open a pop-up with a list of tasks that are part of the nightly process Proactive Jobs performs.
Checking a box adds that task to the nightly process. The user is messaged when the process has been completed.
