My Alerts

To open the My Alerts screen, click the Menu icon from anywhere within the application and select My Alerts from the drop down list.
-Or-
Select View in the Alerts section of the Home screen.

The My Alerts screen displays any alerts that have been pushed to you by the dealership.

Note:  The My Alerts option will only appear in the menu if the dealership has enabled the Alerts system in IntelliDealer. If they have not and you want to receive notifications when certain transactions occur, please contact the dealership.

The My Alerts screen allows you to perform these actions

Action Steps
To search for an alert by department

Select the associated department in the field provided, then click Search.
The screen refreshes the results.

By default, alerts from all departments are displayed.

To view the details of an alert Select the Message of the alert you want to view the details for.
The message is expanded to display the full alert.
