My Quotes

To open the My Quotes screen, click the Menu icon from anywhere within the application and select My Quotes from the drop down list.

Search for a quote on the Home screen.

The My Quotes screen displays any quotes that are awaiting your approval and allows you to perform these actions:

Action	Steps
To search for a specific quote	Enter the associated Reference Number in the field provided and click Search. The screen refreshes the results.
To view a PDF of a quote	Select the desired quote. A PDF of the quote appears in a separate browser tab or window, depending on your browser settings.
To accept a quote or request a requote	Select the desired quote using the check box next to the Reference Number field, then select Accept or Requote. The Accept/ Requote buttons and Comment field appears, allowing you to specify whether you want the accept the quote or request a requote and provide any additional information. Enter the appropriate information and click Send. The request/ acceptance is sent to the Equipment Manager at the dealership.
To email a PDF of a quote	Select the desired quote using the check box next to the Reference Number, then select Email Selected. The Email to field appears, allowing you to enter the recipient's email address. Enter the appropriate email address, then click Send. The quote is sent to the desired recipient.
To download a PDF of a quote	Select the desired quote using the check box next to the Reference Number field, then select Download Selected. The selected quote(s) is downloaded as a zip file to your computer/ device.
