Click the Menu icon, then select My Account > Profile.

The My Account - Profile screen appears.

The Shopping Cart only stores items from the current session, and MyDealer automatically logs you if it has been idle for more than 30 minutes. To the save the items currently stored in the Shopping Cart, create a Shopping List, by clicking the Save to Shopping List button after adding parts to the cart. The screen expands to display the Reference Number and Description fields. Enter the desired information, then click Save. The shopping list is saved to the system and can be viewed on the My Shopping Lists screen at a later date.

Only orders placed using MyDealer are displayed on the My Orders screen.

Your dealer may not yet have granted you access to that area of MyDealer. To request access, contact your dealership.
