Parts Dashboard

To open the Parts Dashboard, tap the Menuicon from anywhere within the application and select Dashboards> Parts from the drop down list.

The Parts Dashboard displays different charts related to the parts module of your dealership.

Currently, these parts-related charts can be displayed:

  • Top Parts Sold YTD

  • Sales Order Aging

To view a specific chart, tap any chart-type listed on the screen. The selected chart appears. All parts-related data is displayed these formats:

Pie Charts

The following parts data is displayed in pie chart format:

  • Sales Order Aging (Displays an aging of all parts that have been placed on a sales order that have not been issued.)

Pie charts allow you to perform the following actions:

Action Steps
To view data for a specific branch of your dealership

Enter or select the desired branch location in the Location field.
The pie graph will refresh.
To view the data in table format

Tap the Tableicon.
The Data View window will appear.
To view more detailed information for a specific time frame or source of revenue

Tap any part of the pie graph.
The selected portion of the pie graph will be highlighted.
To return to the Parts Dashboard

Tap the Back button.

Lists

The following parts data is displayed in list format:

  • Top Parts Sold YTD (Displays the top 10 parts sold this year and the total sales amount.)

Lists allow you to perform the following actions:

Action Steps
To view data for a specific branch of your dealership

Enter or select the desired branch location in the Location field.
The table will refresh.
To return to the Parts Dashboard

Tap the Back button.
