Executive Summary
To access the Work With Security Switches screen, click the link for the desired system or switch. You can control access to the security switch for individual users or user groups. All of these security switches affect the Executive Summary (Select View screen) dashboard on the Home page.

Financial

| Access Total A/R | Allows the user to display total accounts receivable on the user's Home page. |
| Access Highest A/R Over 120 | Allows the user to display the top 10 customers with the highest accounts receivable over 120 on the user's Home page. |
| Access Total A/P | Allows the user to display total accounts payable on the user's Home page. |
| Access Yesterday's Sales | Allows the user to display yesterday's sales on the user's Home page. |
| Access Top Customer Purchase YTD | Allows the user to display the top 10 customer purchasers for the year to date on the user's Home page. |
| Access MTD & LYMTD Sales | Allows the user to display the month to date and last year's month to date sales on the user's Home page. |
| Access YTD & LYYTD Sales | Allows the user to display the year to date and last year's year to date sales on the user's Home page. |
| Access Financial Reports (view only) | Allows the user to display and run financial reports that they are authorized to on the user's Home page. |
| Access Today's Revenue Meter | Allows the user to display today's revenue meter on the user's Home page. Revenue meters are available for Parts Invoicing, Equipment, Work Orders, Rental, Shop Parts, Shop Labor and General Invoicing. |
| Financial - Access MTD Area Sales Meter | Allows the user to display the (month to date) area sales meter on the user's Home page. Area sales meters are available for Equipment, Parts Invoicing, Rental, Shop Labor, and Shop Parts. |

| Access User Defined Links | Allows the user to display the My Links block. My Links can be used to place hyperlinks on common user web sites onto the dashboard. |

Allows the user to display the KPI Location Comparisonexecutive summary view, allowing them to add it to the user's Home page. The KPI Location Comparison Graph only appears on the Select View screen if you are licensed for feature number 6185. |
| Access Interactive Financial Report |
Gives the user access to the Interactive Financial Reports screen, which, in turn, allows the user to display Customized Reports from the Financial Reporting Runs screen on the user's Home page. Only reports that the user is authorized to view and which meet the criteria outlined in the Interactive Financial Reports help topic can be added to the Home screen. |
