Service Dashboard

To open the Service Dashboard, tap the Menu icon from anywhere within the application and select Dashboards> Service from the drop down list.

The Service Dashboard displays different charts related to the service department at your dealership.

Currently, the following service-related charts can be displayed:

  • WIP - Balancing

  • WIP - List Price

  • WIP - Estimated Cost

  • Open Requisitions

To view a specific chart, tap any chart-type listed on the screen. The selected chart will appear. The following service-related data is displayed in pie chart format:

  • WIP - Balancing (Displays the aging of outstanding work orders by the dollar amount that was posted to the general ledger.)

  • WIP - List Price (Displays the aging of outstanding work orders by list price.)

  • WIP - Estimated Cost (Displays the aging of outstanding work orders by cost.)

  • Open Requisitions (Displays aging open requisitions that have not been closed.)

Pie charts allow you to perform the following actions:

Action Steps
To view data for a specific branch of your dealership

Enter or select the desired branch location in the Location field.
The pie graph will refresh.
To view the data in table format

Tap the Table icon.
A table displaying the pie graph date will appear.
To view more detailed information for a specific time frame or source of revenue

Tap any part of the pie graph or the desired time frame or source of revenue.
The selected portion of the pie graph will be highlighted.
To return to the Service Dashboardsscreen

Tap the Back button.
