Access the Main Menu from anywhere within the application, allowing you to access each module within ID MobileAccess (News, Parts, Equipment, Customers, Service, Rental, Dashboards and Settings). To close the Main Menu, simply tap the Main Menu icon again. A badge tag on this icon represents an item within the application that is either due or past due (such as a scheduled customer call, or unread news article). Tap the icon to open the menu and see which module(s) the badge tag is related to. A badge tag next to the Call Scheduling option indicates the number of past/present scheduled calls you have at your dealership through the current date (today), and the status of those calls: Red badge tags indicate that the date for each call has already passed, Yellow badge tags indicate that the calls have been scheduled for today's date but that the time has already passed, and Green badge tags indicate that each call has been scheduled for a future date. |

Access the Sub Menu for the screen you are currently on. For example, if you tap this icon on the Customer Detail screen you are given the option to view the customer's equipment, set the latitudinal and longitudinal coordinates of the customer's location, schedule a call for the customer, etc. To close the Sub Menu in any screen, simply tap anywhere outside of the Sub Menu. |

Access the Search criteria for the selected field or screen. For example, if you tap this icon on the Parts Search screen, the Part Number, Location, Description and Vendor search fields are displayed. |

Edit the selected customer profile using the Edit Customer window, or edit the selected call using the Edit/ Reschedule Call window. Edit Equipment changes can also be made. |

Open the Navigation Map in order to plot a route from your current location to the location of the selected customer, equipment unit or service location. |

View the turn-by-turn directions for the driving route displayed on the Navigation Map. |

Email the selected email addresses using the native email application on your device. All emails generated by ID MobileAccess are sent using the email address associated with your IntelliDealer user profile and Blind Carbon Copied (BCC) to your email address. |

Delete the selected customer contact from the Edit Contact screen. This icon does not appear for the customer's primary contact. |

Filter the scheduled or historical calls that are displayed on the Call Scheduling or Call History screens. This icon appears with a check mark icon if filter criteria is currently being applied. |
