Work Order Detail

To open the Work Order Detail screen, tap the Service icon on any of the work orders listed on the MobileTech screen.

Tap the Sub Menu icon on the Logged On screen and select Work Order Detail from the drop down list.

The Work Order Detail screen allows you to view the selected work order details.

To view or add multimedia to the selected order, tap the Sub Menu icon and select Multimedia from the drop down list. The Multimedia window appears.

The fields on the Work Order Detail screen are:

Field Description
Customer The name of the customer on the order.
Location The location where the work order was originally created.
Salesperson The salesperson associated to the work order.
Machine Description A brief description of the unit on the order.
Machine Serial Number The serial number on the unit, as provided by the manufacturer.
Stock Number The stock number of the unit on the order.
Customer Charged The amount of customer charges applied to the work order.
Warranty Charged The amount of warranty charges applied to the work order.
Internal Charged The amount of internal charges applied to the work order.
Warranty Information
Basic Date The date on which the unit's basic warranty expires.
Basic Hours The number of hours remaining on the unit's basic warranty.
Extended Date The date on which the unit's extended warranty expires.
Extended Hours The number of hours remaining on the unit's extended warranty.
Segment Details
Segment Number/ Status The segment number and status.
Description A brief description of the repair.
Technician The name of the technician assigned to the segment.
Started The date the repair work was started (or is scheduled to start).
Estimated Completion The date the work on the repair is estimated to be completed.
Hours Worked The amount of labor hours a technician has worked on the repair.
