Multimedia

To open the Multimedia window, tap the Sub Menuicon on the Equipment Detail or Logged On screen and select Multimedia from the drop down list.

The Multimedia window displays any multimedia associated to the selected equipment profile or work order and allows you to perform these actions:

Action	Steps
To scroll through the multimedia files	Swipe left or right. Any additional multimedia files are displayed.
To add multimedia to the selected equipment profile	Tap the Addicon. The Add Multimedia window appears.
To preview the file	Tap the multimedia element.
To zoom in or out	Tap the multimedia element, then use two fingers on the screen to zoom in or zoom out.
To close the Multimedia window	Tap the Close icon or anywhere outside of the Multimedia window.
