Customer Profile (Call Schedule)
The Customer Profile screen allows you to view a customer profile and lets you edit the call if it has been completed, cancel the call, or reschedule the call for the selected customer.
The fields on the Customer Profile screen are:

Contact | The name of the customer's primary contact. |
Name | The customer's name |
Address | The customer's address. |
Zip / Postal Code | The customer's zip or postal code. |
Business Phone Number | The customer's business phone number. |
Business E-mail Address | The customer's business e-mail address. |
URL | The customer's URL address. |
Click on the Business E-mail Address link to send an e-mail.
Click the customer Name to view the corresponding Customer Profile screen.
The fields in the Scheduled Call section on the Customer Profile screen are:
Field | Description |

Name | The company's name. |
Contact | The name of the contact on the call. |
Call Date | The date of the scheduled call. |
Call Time | The time of the scheduled call. |
Type | The type of call. |
Reason | The reason for the call. |
To Do/Follow Up |
The text entered when the scheduled call was first created. A maximum of 10 lines are allowed in this field. |
Select the Click here if the call has been completed link to open the Add a Call screen.
Select the Click here to cancel this call link to cancel a call.
Select the Click here to reschedule this call link to reschedule the call.
