Customers Selected

The Customers Selected screen can be accessed from the Schedule a Call screen after you have created a Multiple Customers criteria. The Schedule a Call screen will appear listing the number of customers selected (link) according to the selection criteria specified. By clicking on this link the Customers Selected screen will appear.

The Customers Selected screen will list the customers selected according to the selection criteria previously specified on the Selection Criteria tab.

The following is a description of the field that appears on the Customers Selected screen:

Field Description
Name The name of the customers selected according to the selection criteria previously specified.

Click on a Name to open the Customer Profile screen.

The following button allows you to complete your work on the Customers Selected screen:

Button Function
Close Closes the Customers Selected screen and returns to the Schedule a Call screen.

Not Contacted

The Not Contacted screen can be accessed from the Sales Support Portal screen by clicking on the Not Contacted - My column link on the My Calls view.

The Not Contacted screen allows you to display a list of customers that have not been contacted, by salesperson.

The following is a description of the fields that appear on the Not Contacted screen:

Field Description
Name The name of the customer that the salesperson has not contacted.

Click on a Name to open the Customer Profile screen.

The following button allows you to complete your work on the Not Contacted screen:

Close Closes the Not Contacted screen and returns to the Sales Support Portal screen.
