CNH Financial Transmit

Use the CNH Financial Transmit screen to transmit a dealer's CNH financial information to CNH and create a Trial Balance report by date (WFMTB02).

The fields on the CNH Financial Transmit screen are:

Field	Description
Select Date	Includes dealer financial information in the transmission as of the date selected.
Transmit as 13th Month	In cases where you have already transmitted the selected data for the 12th month but need to make an adjustment that will not overwrite the data that has been sent during those 12 months (for example, when adjusting the general ledger based on the recommendation of an auditor), select this field to transmit the data as a final 13th month.
Dealer Number	Indicates the dealer transmitting their financial statements to CNH.
Destination Name	The area in CNH receiving the financial information transmitting by the dealer.
Printer	The printer to be used for printing the trail balance report.
or PDF	Creates a PDF file of the trail balance report, which can be viewed via the PDF Viewer.

The fields on the Headcount Statistics section on the CNH Financial Transmit screen are:

Field	Description
Owners	The number of owners of the dealership.
General Manager(s)	The number of General Managers currently employed at the corresponding dealer.
Department Manager	The number of managers for each of the listed departments (Sales, Parts, Service, Rental).
F & I Manager	The number F & I managers in the Sales department.
Salesmen	The number of salesmen for each of the listed departments (Sales, Rental).
Dispatcher/Truck Driver	The number of Dispatcher/Truck Drivers in the Service department.
Shop Foreman/Service Advisor	The number of Shop Foreman/Service Advisors in the Service department.
Technicians	The number of Technicians in the Service department.
Parts Personnel	The number of Parts Personnel in the Parts department.
Office Manager	The number of Office Managers for each of the listed departments (Sales, Parts, Service, General).
Clerical	The number of Clerical staff for each of the listed departments (Sales, Service, Rental, General).

The fields on the Service Statistics section on the CNH Financial Transmit screen are:

Field	Description
Technician - Available Hours	The total number of available hours for all technicians.
Technician - Productive Hours	The total number of productive hours for all technicians.
Technician - Sold Hours	The total number of sold hours for all technicians.
Labor Rate - Retail	The average retail labor rate being charged.
Labor Rate - Internal	The average internal labor rate being charged.
Parts over the counter fill rate	The fill rate for parts sold over the counter.

The report produced is: WFMTB02, Trial Balance.

Use these buttons to complete your work on the CNH Financial Transmit screen:

Button	Function
Transmit	Transmits the dealers CNH financial information to the CNH destination selected and creates a trail balance report.
Close	Closes the CNH Financial Transmit screen without transmitting information and returns to the Financial Reporting screen.
