Parts Order

Use the Parts Order tab to review the details of the order prior to transmitting it to the Kobelco Parts Ordering Web Service.

To access this screen, navigate to Parts Order and click Transmit when attempting to transmit a Kobelco parts order directly to the vendor.

The information fields that appear on the Parts Order tab are:

Field	Description
Order Number	The order number, as it appears in IntelliDealer.
Order Status	The status of the order.
Location	The location where the order was created.

The fields that appear on the Parts Order tab are:

Field	Description
Order Number	The order number, as it appears in IntelliDealer.
Vendor	The vendor ID associated to the order.
Type	The type of parts order. See the Type Options table below for more information.
Order Type	The type of order to be placed with Kobelco.
Discount %	The discount percentage on the order, as configured on the Parts Order screen (if applicable).
Comment	Any comments associated to the order.
Transmit	Denotes whether the selected order is to be transmitted to the vendor. One of these values can be displayed in this field: Y: Indicates that the order is to be transmitted. N: Indicates that the order is not to be transmitted. T: Indicates that the order has already been transmitted.
Shipping Method	The shipping method for the order.
Active	Denotes whether the order is active or not.
Program	If the order type is a special order program, the program number appears here.
Ship Date	The date that the parts are expected to ship.
Due Date	The date that the parts are expected to arrive.
PO Total	The total dollar amount of the purchase order.
Part Number	The part number(s) on the order.
Description	A brief description of the part, as configured on the Parts Profile.
Ordered	The amount of parts being ordered.
Cost	The cost of the selected part.
Extended Cost	The extended cost of the selected part.

Type options are:

SO	Stock Order.
Q1	First Quarterly Order.
Q2	Second Quarterly Order.
Q3	Third Quarterly Order.
Q4	Forth Quarterly Order.
IS	Initial Stock Order.
MD	Machine Down.
FI	Fill In.
TS	Special Order Program.
ST	Special Terms.

The buttons to complete your work on the Parts Order tab are:

Button	Description
Transmit	Sends the order to the Kobelco Parts Ordering Web Service.
Close	Closes the Parts Order tab without sending the order.
