Comments
Use the Comments tab to track history adjustments applied to an employee's profile.
To open the Comments tab, click the Comments tab on the Employee Profile tab.
The Information fields on the Comments tab are:

| Field | Description |
| Employee Number |
The number of the employee. A five-character alphanumeric number that represents the employee within the system. The employee number is used as the technician number in the Work Order system. |
| Employee Name | The name of the employee. |
The fields on the Comments tab are:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Date | The date the comment was entered. |
| Amount | If applicable, the amount associated with the comment entered. |
| Comments | Any comments outlining details of the history adjustment being applied to the selected employee profile. |
Click the Add >> link to add more history adjustments to the selected employee profile.
The buttons on the Comments tab are:
| Button | Description |
|---|---|
| Save | Saves changes made to the Comments tab. |
| Close | Closes the Comments tab without saving changes and returns to the Employee Profile screen. |
