Komatsu Factory Campaign Summary Details
To open the Komatsu Factory Campaign Summary Details screen, click a campaign Reference Number on the Active Komatsu Factory Campaigns screen.
The Komatsu Factory Campaign Summary Details screen displays the details of the selected Komatsu factory campaign, which is essentially an equipment failure or issue identified by Komatsu that must be repaired by the dealership.
Note: All of the data displayed on the Komatsu Factory Campaign Summary Details screen is provided by Komatsu and loaded to your system during a nightly process that updates the Komatsu Factory Campaign information via FTP (assuming you are licensed for feature number 6224, and you have configured the Komatsu FTP screen). If you are not sure about one of the values displayed on the screen, please contact Komatsu for additional details.
The following fields appear on the Komatsu Factory Campaign Summary Details screen:

| Reference Number | The campaign reference number, as specified by Komatsu. |
| Status | The status of the selected campaign, as specified by Komatsu. |
| Type | The campaign type, as specified by Komatsu. |
| Description | A brief description of the service required for the selected campaign. |
| Detailed Description | A more detailed description of the service required for the selected campaign. |
| Purpose | The purpose of the selected campaign, as specified by Komatsu. |
| Failure Description | A description/code of what has failed on the unit (that the factory campaign will remedy), as specified by Komatsu. |
| Termination Date | The date on which the selected campaign will no longer be active. |
| Safety Indicator | The safety indicator associated to the selected campaign. |
| Phenomenon Code | The phenomenon code associated to the selected campaign. |
| Service News Number | The parts and service news number associated to the selected campaign, which corresponds to the Komatsu parts and service newsletter. |
| Total Months From FID Date Allowed | A general comment or action a distributor needs to take regarding the factory campaign, as specified by Komatsu. |
| Completion Date | The last date on which the selected campaign was completed or performed. |
| Delivery/ Start Date |
The date on which the selected campaign became active. |
| Service Letter Date | The date on which the selected campaign was included in the Komatsu parts and service newsletter. |
| Shipping Expense Filing Date | The date on which Komatsu will allow shipping expenses to be filed for the selected campaign. |
| Travel | Indicates whether travel is paid for, for the selected campaign. |
| Mileage | Indicates whether mileage is paid for, for the selected campaign. |
| Parts Supplied | Indicates whether any parts required for the selected campaign will be provided by Komatsu. |
| Replaced Parts Returned | Indicates whether any parts required for the selected campaign need to be returned to Komatsu after the service is performed. |

| Serial Number | The machine serial number, as specified by Komatsu. |
| Make/ Model | The machine make and model number, as specified by Komatsu. |
| Model Type | The machine model type, as specified by Komatsu. |
| Model Subtype | The machine model subtype, as specified by Komatsu. |
| Dealer Number | The machine dealership ID, as specified by Komatsu. |
| Claim Number | The machine warranty claim number, as specified by Komatsu. |
| Number of Claims | The number of times a warranty claim has been made on the unit, as specified by Komatsu. |
| Completion Date | The last date on which the selected campaign was performed for the selected unit. |
| SMR at Time of Claim | The Service Meter Reading at the time of the last claim made for this machine. |
| SMR Limit | The Service Meter Reading allowed on a machine for the selected campaign. |
| Komatsu Factory Campaign Items | |
| Item Type | The item type required to complete the selected campaign; either material (KMAT), labor (KLAB), mileage (KMIL) or parts handling (KPAR). |
| Material | A brief description of the item required to complete the selected campaign. |
| Amount | The number of items required to complete the selected campaign. |
| Unit of Measure | The unit of measure for the displayed Amount. |
