Active Komatsu Factory Campaigns

Use the Active Komatsu Factory Campaigns screen to view any active Komatsu factory campaigns associated to the selected unit. Factory campaigns are essentially equipment failures or issues identified by Komatsu that must be repaired by the dealership. To access the screen, click the Komatsu Factory Campaigns button located under the Machine Quick Links section of the Equipment Profile screen.

Note:  The Komatsu link only appears on the Machine Details screen if you are licensed for feature number 6224, and the selected unit is associated to a factory campaign (as indicated by Komatsu).

Note:  All of the data displayed on the Active Komatsu Factory Campaigns screen is provided by Komatsu and loaded to your system during a nightly process that updates the Komatsu Factory Campaign information via FTP (assuming you are licensed for feature number 6224, and you have configured the Komatsu FTP screen). If you are not sure about one of the values displayed on the screen, contact Komatsu for additional details.

Fields on the Active Komatsu Factory Campaigns screen are:

Field	Description
Reference Number	The factory campaign number. If a campaign is highlighted in red, it is for a unit with the same serial number but a different model number. (Komatsu does not use unique serial numbers across all model lines, so this feature allows you to see all campaigns for the selected serial number in the chance that the model in IntelliDealer does not match the Komatsu equipment model format.)
Make/Model	The machine make and model codes.
Type	The campaign program type.
Start Date	The start date of the selected campaign.
Termination Date	The last day of the selected campaign.
Description	A description of the repair associated to the selected campaign number.

Click the Show Terminated and Completed Factory Campaigns link to view any expired or completed campaigns related to the unit. The screen expands to display the campaigns.

Click a campaign Reference Number to view the campaign details on the Komatsu Factory Campaign Summary Details screen.

Click Close to complete your work on the Active Komatsu Factory Campaigns screen.
