Call History

The Call History screen allows you to access/view previous call histories.

The following is a description of the sorting options available on the Call History screen:

Sort by
Field Description
Date Sort call history search results by date.
Salesperson Sort call history search results by salesperson.
Category Sort call history search results by category.

The following is a description of the search fields that appear on the Call History screen:

Field Description
Select Category Search for call history by selecting a call category from the drop down list.
Select Salesperson Search for call history by entering a salesperson.
Select Date Range

Narrow down the call history search results by entering a date range.

The following is a description of the Information fields that appear on the Call History screen:

Information
Field Description
Name The customer's name.
Business Phone Number The customer's business phone number.
Salesperson The salesperson assigned to the customer's profile.

The following is a description of the fields that appear on the Call History screen:

Field Description
Date The date the call was made.
Category The category of the call.
Call Details

Pulls the call description from the Description field on the Edit a Call screen

Note:  The number detail lines that will be displayed is determined by the value in the Call Detail Lines to Display field of the BRWVAL1 table of the green screen application. See the Configuration Tables topic for details.

Salesperson The salesperson who made the call.
Type The type of call.
Reason The reason for the call.
Contact Pulls the call contact from the Select Contact field on the Edit a Call screen.
Results The result of the call.

Click on a Date to open the Edit a Call screen.

Click on the Call Details to open the Call History screen.

Click on the Need to enter a call? Click here to add link to enter a call.

Click on the Need to enter a note? Click here to add link to enter a note.

Click on the Need to schedule a call? Click here to add link to schedule a call.

The following button allows you to complete your work on the Call History screen:

Button Function
Close Closes the Call History screen and returns to the previous screen.
