A/R Agency

To open the A/R Agency screen, click the A/R Agency Default link on the Customer Portal screen.
-or-
Click the A/R Agency Default link on the Outstanding Details screen.

The A/R Agency screen allows you to view an A/R Agency A/R Agency codes are used to specify methods of payment available to the customer of a dealership. For example cash, credit card, or house account. code for the selected customer.

The following fields appear on the A/R Agency screen:

Field	Description
Code	The charge code or accounts receivable agency code number followed by the charge type.
Card Number	The customer's A/R Agency card number.
Credit Limit	The credit limit of the customer's A/R Agency card.
Credit Rating	The customer's A/R Agency card credit rating.
Active	Marks the agency code as active.

The following button allows you to complete your work on the A/R Agency screen:

Button	Function
Close	Closes the A/R Agency screen and returns to the Customer Portal screen.
