A/R Agency
Use the A/R Agency screen to view the configured A/R Agency
A/R Agency codes are used to specify methods of payment available to the customer of a dealership. For example cash, credit card, or house account. codes for the selected customer.
To open the A/R Agency screen, click the A/R Agency Default link on the Customer Portal screen.

Click the A/R Agency Default link on the Outstanding Details screen.
The fields on the A/R Agency screen are:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Code | The charge code or accounts receivable agency code number followed by the charge type. |
| Card Number | The customer's A/R Agency card number. |
| Credit Limit | The credit limit of the customer's A/R Agency card. |
| Credit Rating | The customer's A/R Agency card credit rating. |
| Active | Indicates whether the agency code is active. |
