Parts Analysis - Method Screens
Use the Parts Analysis - Method screens to search for and view the parts data for different analysis methods. To access the screens, click any of the parts analysis method links on the Parts Analysis Method screen.
Methods include: Last Year Sales Quantity, Parts on Order, Year to Date Sales $, Year to Date Sales Quantity, Year to Date Special Ordered, and Year to Date Lost Sales.
Search fields on the Parts Analysis - Method screens are:

| Select Location | Select a location whose parts data you wish to analyze. |
| Include Only Zero Quantity Items | If selected, includes only zero quantity items within the search for parts data analysis. |
Fields on the Parts Analysis - Method screens are:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Part Number | The part number associated to the display data for the analysis method selected. |
| Part Description | A brief description of the part. |
| Location | The location where the part is currently in stock. |
| Vendor | The name of the vendor supplying the part. |
| Class | This field can be used to categorize parts. |
| OFC | The Order Formula Code for this part. This code determines the method to be used in computing the order quantity for a part. See Order Formula Codes (OFC) Summary. |
| Return | Indicates whether or not the part is returnable. |
| Source | The source of supply for the part. |
| Type | The parts type code. |
| Quantity | The quantity for the selected analysis method. For Parts on Order, this is the total quantity on order with the supplier, including back-ordered quantity. For sales-based methods, this is the number of parts sold. |
Click a Part Number to open the Parts Profile screen.
Click a Vendor name to open the Vendor Profile screen.
Click Back to complete your work on the Parts Analysis - Method screen and return to the previous screen.
