Rental Availability - Stock Number/Part Number
To open the Rental Availability - Stock Number/Part Numberscreen, click a Stock Number or Part Number on the Rental Availability screen.
The Rental Availability - Stock Number/Part Numberscreen allows you to access detailed information on the availability of the selected stock number or part number.
The following Information fields appear on the Rental Availability - Stock Number/Part Number screen:

| Make | The manufacturer of the unit. |
| Model | The model number on the unit. |
| Description | A brief description of the unit. |
| Serial Number | The unit's serial number. |
The following fields appear on the Rental Availability - Stock Number screen:

| Stock Number/Part Number | The stock number or part number of the rental unit. |
| Category | The category that the unit fits into. |
| Class | This field can also be used to categorize the unit. |
| Subclass | The subclass of the unit. |
| Rates | Shows available the rental rate period options (e.g. half day, day, week or month). |
| Standard | Shows the standard amount charged for each of the rental rate periods. |
| Type | The rental contract type; either Rental, Rent-to-Purchase, Demo Rent, Loaner, Held RTP, Held, Held Demo Rent, Held Loaner, Reservation, or Request. |
| Reference Number | The contract reference number. |
| Date Out | The day the unit was rented. |
| Time Out | The time the unit was rented. |
| Date In | The day the unit is due to be returned. |
| Time In | The time the unit is due to be returned. |
| Customer | The name of the customer who is currently renting the selected unit. |
| Location | The branch location where the rental contract is located. |
| Quantity | The number of non-serialized parts rented on the contract. |
The following fields appear in the Parts section of the Rental Availability - Stock Number/Part Number screen

| Part Number | The number of the part required to fix the selected rental unit. |
| Description | A brief description of the part. |
| On Hand | The number of parts currently in stock. |
| Mandatory Part | Whether the mandatory part is currently in stock. |
| Quantity | The quantity of parts required. |
| Price | The price of the part. |
The Miscellaneous Charges section of the Rental Availability screen allows you to view the selected stock numbers miscellaneous charges.
The following is a description of the fields that appear on the Miscellaneous Charges section on the Rental Availability - Stock Number/Part Number screen:

| Charge/Credit | The miscellaneous charges or credit applied to the selected rental unit. |
| Mandatory Charge | The mandatory charge applied to the rental unit. |
| Quantity | The stock quantity. |
| Price | The price of the miscellaneous charge applied to the rental unit. |
The Attachments section of the Rental Availability screen will appear if the selected unit has attachments. It allows you to view information on any attachments on the selected unit.
The following fields appear in the Attachments section of the Rental Availability - Stock Number/Part Number screen:

| Equipment Status | The status of the equipment (e.g. Invoiced, Inventory, On Order, Sold, Pre Sold, Rental, Quote or Transferred). |
| Location | The branch location of the equipment. |
| Category | The category of the unit. |
| Class | This field can also be used to categorize the unit. |
| Sub Class | The unit's sub class category. |
| Stock Number | The stock number (inventory identification number) of the whole goods unit. |
| Attachment Type | The attachment type number. |
The Make/Model code Description and Serial Number are also listed.
Click on a Customer to open the Customer Profile screen.
Click on a Stock Number to open theEquipment Profile screen.
Click on a Part Number to open thePart Profiles screen.
Click on the More>> link to open the Rental Rates screen.
