Service Contracts

The Service Contracts screen can be accessed from the Customer Profile screen by clicking on the S.A.M Contracts link.

The Service Contracts screen allows you to view customer service contracts.

The following is a description of the search field that appears on the Service Contracts screen:

Field	Description
Show Expired	If selected, includes expired service contracts in the search results.

The following is a description of the fields that appear on the Service Contracts screen:

Field	Description
Contract Number	The service contract number.
Stock Number	The unit's stock number.
Make	The manufacturer of the unit.
Model	The model number on the unit.
Program	The customer's service program plan.
Expiry Date	The expiry date of the service program plan.

Click on a Contract Number to open the Contracts Details screen.

Click on a Stock Number to open the Equipment Profile screen.

The following button allows you to complete your work on the Service Contracts screen:

Button	Function
Close	Closes the Service Contracts screen and returns to the Customer Profile screen.
